I am part of a team, which trains new employees in to the DAA (Dublin airport authority) environment. My role is to deliver specified presentations, risk assessments and introductions, which help new employees, adapt to the DAA rules and regulations as well as promoting personal development to DAA employees.

For over 2 years, I have being at the front line staff I have being dealing with different complaints, nationalities, cultures, and have being dealing with individuals one to one.

I do 12 hour shifts 7am to 7pm and the night shift would be 7pm till 7am. The team I work with is great good fun and very productive I enjoy working in the DAA but feel I need a new challenge in life.
