Pas de respect pour tous les salariés.
Management avec une priorité sur la productivité sans se soucier des problèmes de santé des collaborateurs.
Une entreprise qui ne cesse de se retrouver au prud'hommes pour harcèlement et abus du pouvoir ....... Ect....

Many hours, leadership scattered
Human Resource Manager (Former Employee) –  Mason City, IA10 October 2017
Leadership was missing at the mid level. Upper level was great, but the mid level to the sites was poor. Needed to develop the site more to see that it was a critical element of the community.

Warehouse Associate (Current Employee) –  Coatesville, PA9 October 2017
Great place to work! The work, life, and family balance can be achieved at Martin Brower. I have been employed there for over 10 years and would still be there if I did need to relocate.

Do not go there unless you are a slave
Warehouse Operative (Former Employee) –  Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire3 October 2017
Managment swearing at people during the briefing, constantly threating with dissmisal for trivial things. Putting the pressure on you to do the high target (Of course the target is not compulsory for employees working there for long time and for better money cause they work on the old contract) You will not spend any time with family because you are forced to work during the weekends for no bonus. I would not recommend this job for anyone except slaves/people without any respect for themselves.
Pros
free lunches, not bad money
Cons
awful management, unsocial hours, high targets, treating you like a slave

Worst company to work for
Anything (Former Employee) –  Fridley, MN28 September 2017
Martin Brower in Fridley, MN... its just a mess. Management/ supervisors act out very unprofessional. A normal day will have a lot of cursing, yelling and attitudes from your co-workers and management. Feel for you if you agreed to work there.

A good company to work for
Warehouse Worker (Current Employee) –  Dickson, TN22 September 2017
For anyone curious about the hiring process, I'll give a step by step of what I went through.

After applying you'll get a call from the hiring manager to set up an interview. It could take a week or several weeks, for me it took a couple months to hear back. Once you do your interview and are offered the position things move pretty fast from there.

You'll need to setup your drug test AND physical. They don't mess around here. You're drug tested, your vision and hearing are tested, you're seen by a doctor who will test your reflexes, your balance, etc.

Next is the background check. You'll be sent an email from HR that'll link you to the agency who conducts the background checks. Please read carefully: do not lie about your employment history. Past employers will be contacted and EVERYTHING you put, from dates of employment, salary, job duties are checked. Everything is verified. Any discrepancy the agency finds will be inquired about by HR.

Once the results come back and are cleared then you'll set a date for orientation. Orientation is an 8 hour ordeal where you learn about the company and its policies. You'll fill out and sign a bunch of paperwork. Youll get a tour of the warehouse. After this you'll have to do another training day where you learn how to use the forklifts and walk along fork truck.
Pros
Break room is filled with food for free, awesome company policies, a really good company to work for

Fair management and good atmosphere
Delivery Route Driver (Current Employee) –  St. Johns, MI21 September 2017
Management has always treated me fairly. I enjoy the good interactions with other employees. The worst part of the job is the schedule. It is still a good - paying job, but they seem to be slowly tightening up the benefits; benefits are definitely not as good as they were 5-10 years ago. This is coming down from Corporate. Our local management provides a good atmosphere and tries to treat us fairly. Overall, no complaints besides the grueling schedule.
Pros
Late model equipment; awesome break room
Cons
Scheduling pressures in winter; grueling schedule
