Customer Service Agent roles are perfect for those who enjoy working with people and don’t want to feel tied to a desk all day. We can’t always prevent things going wrong, and you’ll face problems and need to deal with stressed travellers on a regular basis, but you’ll do your best to resolve them quickly and professionally. Helping people to enjoy their travel experience is immensely satisfying and we can guarantee that every day will be different.
Be part of the supply team which safely transports hundreds of tonnes of freight and cargo everyday by Air, Sea and Road throughout the UK and beyond. Working in our Cargo team you will be responsible for the safe handling of anything from Live Animals, Vegetables, Ancient Antiques to Sports cars – The list is endless! You will be tasked to ensure these goods are collected, processed and delivered in the least amount of time possible. Working around the clock our Warehouses, Offices, Loading Teams and Trucks are always on the move. Our roles are for team players who can think logically and get problems solved safely and in a timely manner.
