Working on the High Growth Markets (HGM) region of our European business, you will enable perfect execution of the commercial plan in the HGM region, by being the link between strategy and execution .

Your role will be based in our fantastic European Head Office in Dublin on a hybrid work schedule.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Gaining a market level understanding of the HGM ways of working and needs, you will collate, assimilate and provide market feedback and insight into the central team to inform the category plans.
You will enable perfect execution of the plan in the HGM region by being the link between strategy and execution.
For the annual business cycle, you will enable and support market input into the key processes and meeting.
You will design and maintain the required reporting to enable Commercial Operations accountabilities to be delivered, in turn support the balanced growth delivery across the HGM region.
This is a key role in ensuring an end to end plan is created with all the needs of all our markets built into the plan so the execution at distributor and store level can be maximise.
You will build a strong stakeholder network across the markets and the category so you can drive change and best represent the HGM in category projects

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Commercial acumen gained through Sales/RGM or Buying experience
Understanding and experience of distributor model is an advantage
Ability to build and influence a wide internal stakeholder network
Results focused, with an execution first mindset
