Day to Day
The Business Strategist III designs, tests, and scales go-to-market strategies that grow revenue, improve Sales productivity, and strengthen execution across France and Benelux markets. This role works at both program and team level, shaping commercial priorities, defining clear workstreams, and building the processes, tools, and operating rhythms needed to deliver consistent results.
The Business Strategist III partners closely with Sales leaders and cross-functional teams to develop practical commercial programs and align key decisions across the organization. They bring structure to complex business problems, from scoping and analysis through pilot design, recommendations, rollout, and measurement.
This role requires strong analytical judgment, high autonomy, and the ability to translate data into clear business decisions. The Business Strategist III builds reusable assets such as frameworks, dashboards, playbooks, and automations that help teams work more effectively. They also use AI-enabled workflows where appropriate to improve speed, quality, and insight generation, while coaching others on strong analytical practices, clear communication, and responsible AI use.
Responsibilities
- GTM Program Ownership
Lead multi-market and multi-segment revenue programs from opportunity identification through design, rollout, and scaling. Coordinate work across areas such as coverage, targeting, activation, and performance management to improve revenue, productivity, and execution quality.
- Analytics & Decision Support
Structure analyses, models, experiments, and scenarios that help leaders make decisions on investment, capacity, sales motions, and execution priorities. Use SQL, BI tools, spreadsheets, and statistical methods to test hypotheses, quantify trade-offs, and recommend clear actions.
- Process, Tools & Operating Discipline
Build scalable frameworks, KPI scorecards, dashboards, playbooks, and operating routines that improve how Sales teams plan, execute, and measure impact. Establish practical guardrails and governance to ensure programs remain effective as products, systems, and markets evolve.
- Cross-Functional Leadership
Act as a trusted partner to Sales leaders, regional teams, and cross-functional stakeholders. Facilitate discussions, clarify dependencies, surface trade-offs, and drive alignment on high-impact decisions.
- Communication & Change Management
Turn complex workstreams into concise, audience-specific narratives for executives and frontline leaders. Prepare leadership-ready materials that explain scenarios, implications, and recommendations, and support change plans that help new GTM strategies land effectively.
- AI Enablement
Use AI responsibly to improve analysis, forecasting, scenario planning, documentation, and communication. Help teams adopt AI-enabled ways of working with appropriate quality checks, safeguards, and practical guidance.
Skills/Competencies
- 5+ years in consulting, finance, strategy & operations, revenue operations, or high-growth GTM strategy roles, ideally in a sales-led environment.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives: clarifying ambiguity, breaking problems into clear workstreams, and moving from insight to implementation.
- Strong experience working with large data sets using spreadsheets, BI tools such as Tableau, and SQL.
- Clear, concise communicator who can adapt messages for executives, cross-functional partners, and frontline teams.
- Experience partnering across geographies and time zones to align priorities and ensure follow-through.
- Strong understanding of Sales performance metrics, compensation levers, GTM structures, and commercial operating rhythms.
