We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Mortgage Advisor/Administrator to join our growing team in Dublin. This role is ideal for someone with strong mortgage administrative skills and an interest in financial services, but particularly within the mortgage sector. You will play a key role in supporting the mortgage process from application through to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process mortgage applications from initial submission to completion
  • Liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors, and brokers to gather required documentation
  • Ensure all applications comply with regulatory and internal requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
  • Monitor application progress and proactively follow up on outstanding items
  • Prepare mortgage documentation and assist with loan drawdowns
  • Provide administrative support to mortgage advisors and the wider team
  • Handle client queries professionally and efficiently
  • Assist with reporting and general office administration as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a mortgage, financial services, or administrative role (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of Irish mortgage processes and regulations

Desirable Skills

  • Experience working with mortgage systems or CRM platforms
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks in Ireland
  • Customer-focused mindset with a professional approach
