Full-Time Floor Staff – Busy Dublin Bar (Flexible Hours)
Dublin City Centre
Flexible Schedule | Networking & Growth Opportunities

Are you an outgoing people-person who thrives in fast-paced environments? One of Dublin’s busiest and most loved bars is on the hunt for full time floor staff to join our dynamic, welcoming team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and ensure they feel welcome and well taken care of
  • Take accurate drinks orders and deliver them efficiently to tables
  • Serve drinks during regular service and special events
  • Support event service, including setup, table service, and clear-down
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the floor area
  • Clear tables, reset for new guests, and support general turnover
  • Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
  • Follow all hygiene, health, and safety guidelines
  • Perform opening, closing, and cleaning duties as required

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and strong team ethic
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure in a busy environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to work full-time hours
