Low wage company
Taken over by Rsa. Stripped back middle management. No career development. Poor management structure. Clear out over past 3 years. Full management team gone.

Worst place to work
Was there for 2 years worst place to work, nothing but stress and no way of progressing in this business. Management haven’t a clue what they’re doing half the time.

Great place to work
123.ie has been a great company to work for. They are customer focused and as an employee I do respect their values. I feel that the company is well run.

Good place to work
Good place to learn the insurance trade. Can gain valuable experience but not somewhere to stay long-term. Decent pay but no benefits.
