IT Intern (Former Employee) –  Dublin14 March 2018
Workplace culture was laid back and relaxed with a strong emphasis on getting work done.
Very easy to get a long with the people there and the work was interesting and fulfilling to work on.
Great internship program.

Analyst (Former Employee) –  IE2 January 2018
Good working environment with good colleagues, company process need works. takes time to get anything done. as a global organisation, they should have a simple standard process applicable to all regardless of your region or location.

Not somewhere I would recommend to a friend or colleague
Claims (Former Employee) –  Dublin19 April 2016
Overall the team-culture in the office is quite enjoyable but there is a distinct lack of support here and a very high level of turnover of staff.

A lot of jobs are posted again & again as staff come and go quite frequently.

Put up or shut up is how some departments are treated and HR blackspots are not addressed.

I would not recommend a job here to a friend or colleague even if they were unemployed.
Pros
Location, age profile of colleagues
Cons
Antiquated policies and procedures, put up or shut up attitude

Not a great place to work
Program Office Manager (Former Employee) –  Dublin Ireland8 November 2015
Although the people were fine they were not great, their work was mediocre. Most managers were good at one thing but did not have a broad range of skills. They all needed a lot more training to be effective.
Pros
Great location and nice people
Cons
No career development plan, management are not supportive
