Fast Pace but great benefits
Experience of culture can differ depending on which unit you work in as an operator.Fast pace but you get used to it.Follow the procedures and don't be bullied/ influenced into skipping steps

Worst Company in Clonmel
Worst job I ever had a culture of fear with no union and bullying is the norm very bad and inefficient hr department only care about the company image
Laboratory Technician in Clonmel, County Tipperary
on 13 July 2020
Very poor work environment
It's a very hostile enviornment in Abbott Clonmel. It seems to be driven by bosses on big bonuses who seem to think that the end justifies the means. In a way, it does, they get their pay off's. High turn over of staff and those who stay are pitiful locals who cant move. My advice, go to Lidl. Needs a union badly.
Senior Accountant in Cherrywood, Dublin
on 22 June 2020
Very busy automated and task driven
I worked in the EMEA centre in Cherrywood, Dublin and found the staff and management very helpful during my stay with them. Going live on the systems was frustratingly slow but when I got there I realised just how challenging their work is. The EMEA sits in the centre managing relationships. Its a busy target driven environment with conference calls and investigative / reconciliation work to the fore. Its multinational staff gelled well together. Nice experience but just wasn't for me.
Process Engineer in Cootehill, County Cavan
on 5 June 2020
Fast paced and great learning opportunities
Abbott Nutrition is a fantastic place to develop skills and gain vital experience in the nutrition industry. there is often a relaxed atmosphere on site and there is usually good opportunities for collaboration with colleagues.
