This Employee Assistance Programme offers access to support and advice from trained counsellors and external advisors with respect to many personal issues. These include stress and anxiety, personal relationship concerns, financial affairs, difficulties at work, bereavement, addiction, and substance abuse. It is managed by Laya and is completely confidential.
