Too many hours of work
The schedule is not ideal, I have no weekends off and the quantity of hours is not ideal 9 to 6 which means 9 hours that you have to be engaged in the company.

Bonne entreprise pour apprendre
Des bonnes explications au début. Plusieurs opportunités pour avancer, il faut faire attention à son façon de s'habiller.

Content moderation
Don't do it.No amount of money is worth what you have to look at while doing content moderation...Regardless of which social media company you end up moderation for you'll only ever be a contractor with no job security

good company to start your career
Good for start, but it is stressful, salary is basic and not too many benefits, nice people in the team and there are some opportunities to grow if you survive...

Good and bad parts about working for Accenture as a contractor
The good - Accenture clients and their benefits.Accenture provides workers to different companies - their clients including top IT companies on the market. This companies can provide some of the benefits that they provide to their employees including: food, office ergonomics, several corporate parties per year, decent office environment. The bad - everything else.Accenture provides low pay workers to different companies - their clients. Many of those workers at first are not even hired by Accenture but by 3rd party contractors. Overall those workers don't get any benefits working for Accenture and get just a fraction of the benefits working for Accenture clients. No health insurance.Low pay.No leave pay if you are not Accenture employee - company was shutting down some of its markets across the europe and firing employees associated with those markets and non Accenture employees got no compensation. Hard to be hired directly by Accenture, most of the employees don't stay there for very long and only few of them are lucky enough to be hired by Accenture - most of the employees get refused after working for a year hired by 3rd party contractors.Very slow feedback to the Accenture client, if there are not enough of people working in the team on a certain task and most of the deadlines are not met, people working under pressure and over time it might take many months or over a half of year to have some progress on the issue. Not much trust to its low pay workers, most of the job can be done remotely but workers were clearly told due to security issues it cannot be done. Company suddenly changed its mind during Covid without making any changes to the system and allowed workers to work at home. Not clear contracts and not all important information in the contract like overtime pay which can be and was marginally reduced. Funny enough management wasn't aware of this issue for two months and couldn't deliver a clear explanation.Accenture clients are just not nice sometimes, multi billion or almost trillion worth of companies don't want to provide to their contractors a free 10$ per month subscription of their software product.Won't work for this company again and not sure about working for their clients knowing how they treat their contractors.
