They are always looking for the best people, so interview process is long and they will check all your background. The onboarbing process helps you to connect with the company and this way you do not feel lost
Good way to start your career
With all the COVID29 situation is difficult to know your future
A little bit chaotic at times due to confusing managament! However, everyone is nice and welcomes you. Work in my area was very relaxed but can change the rules very quickly so have to adapt easy, even when new rules do not make sense!
Mismanagement and cheap
Oh boy, where to start? I applied and was accepted for role as a content review analyst with Accenture, working on a project for a big social media brand back in July 2018 then left in November 2019. It was a brand new project with a brand new office so their was a great feeling at the start that even at associate/ analyst level, you felt like you were really a part of something important. Everyone who I started on the project with were amazing, supportive and the management were super too! Until about January 2019, when things started to go downhill... I will try not go on massive tangents so here's some pro's and con's to digest: PROS: 1. Perfect first job (but not for the faint hearted) 2. Top notch talent across the board from analyst's to TL's 3. Good benefits such as provided wellness program and coaching, discount card, seasonal outings/parties, free things now and then. 4. Good facilities such as: Modern eating area with a large kitchen area. Restrooms are spacious and clean, a relax room with massage recliners, meeting rooms and quiet rooms also. 5. Decent location that is a 5 minute walk away from a gym, convenience store and cafes. 6. Public transport is good with the office near a Luas Green line station and bus stop. Office is near the main motorway too. And now, CONS: 1. The salary is just bad, for the kind of job that it is. On top of that, their were months where your pay was messed up on payday due to 'technical errors' or whatnot and you would not receive the rest of what was owed to you until the following month so if you have sky - more...
Accenture seem to embody the brute force and ignorance maxim, in that the sheer size of the company eventually achieves a result by dint of brute force. In practice, this means that short-sighted decisions and a total absence of professionalism are the norm. Great culture and people, but not the career springboard it claims to be. Salary is low by market standards, certain projects require shift work, teams change often which makes it extremely difficult to form social groups and socialise.
Hours, salary, management
My experience at Accenture was with a contract lasting 11 months as Content Reviewer at Trust and Safety Team. Working environment was fantastic with teammates from 16 different nationalities, mostly in their late 20s. The tasks of the job were repetitive and not interesting any longer after the 3rd week. Good training and quality check provided consistently to hit the target. Outstanding managers but often overwhelmed.
Free snacks and drinks, relaxing room, wellness and social club, nice locatin
Night shifts, low, salaries, poor professional progression

Is Indeed your favorite place to learn about companies?
I worked for Accenture on behalf of a client as content moderation. It was the start of new project and badly run from the start. Training was bad, communication with managers and the tools were not adequate to do your work. My team leads and others jumped ship including the main person running the operation. High turn over of staff.
Salary paid on time
Night shifts for a month, hardly any weekends off. Terrible infrastructure to do your job properly. Bad management.
day at work was nice the job itself is fun to do. Management does not think in solutions for issues with individuals but search for new employees instead. Lot of nice colleagues to work with. Sometimes seeing terrible graphic content that could cause nightmares and/or long term mental health issues which the company only provides minimum support for. Wellness activities during working hours.
Free drinks and snacks available.
The company stands because of the great people they employ in certain projects , however some of the Team leaders and project leads are oppressive in the sense that if they are from a different country , they tend to look after people that speak the same language as them , those ppl will be favored and will be on the list of promotion.Regardless how educated you are . Ppl are treated like a number and machines to boost productivity . The company is a mix match of highly qualified, educated and non-educated individuals who are likely to posses negative and unprofessional work behaviors . Accenture Ireland is not great compared to the standard Accenture is viewed in other continents . In some countries Accenture rates top5 best companies to work for but in Ireland it is at the bottom , it is a garbage dump, paying employed salaries below average industry wage. FIX your hR department & employ the right candidates that are well able to speak English fluently . Majority of those working in the department their skills and expertise raise our eyebrows . Pathetic !
Free bananas, apples, cereals, coffee and pears
I worked shifts and was not given off weekends for 4 months
On a young environment full of people over qualify, engaged and with a big passion for their job, Accenture management have proved to not care about anyone. Not help their employees to grow, not care about their wellbeing and treat them as simply numbers they can get rid without any ethics. I'm still working there sad and tired of seeing the people leave completely defeated and demotivated.
Easy going environment, nice people around. Managment could be bit better as well as career development at there is, in my opinion, almost none. No fresh water on site is quite common problem.
Easy going work.
Shift works, terrible coffee, there's no fresh water on site quite often
It's a multiculral company, here i mean that you willl find people from different background and nationality working there, however if your culture does not make the majority in the department, you will feel discriminated, you will be bullied and isolated from other colleagues. SomeTeam leaders are great though there is a lack of strong leadership when comes to sort conflict in the work place. Leadership is more focused on technicality and productivity than people management and that where there is a weakness. However this is my experience but dont expect much if you are informed or educated to enjoy this job description, most people are not educated or either with high professional experience so anti-social and unprofessional behavior is prominent.
I love working for accenture/ Google, it is a good company. When I leave it will be ,because I need a warm country to work in. The company is very people oriented and look after their staff. I am very happy here and would say that to anyone wanting to work here.
Snacks, cerials fruit, water tea, coffee.
It's a great place to start, really the bottom line and really entry level, still a good experience if you're young. You will meet some lovely people and that's what will keep you there for a while.
As a contractor, Accenture is just bad. I will not recommend You basically work at Google for a 6 month project, contracted by Accenture but employed by another company. In this other "Google" building somewhere else in the city, the Google culture is non-existent. No perks, no bonuses, no laptop, no flexible hours, obligation to work at least 1 weekend or 1 late shift (5pm to 2am) per month. How would you like your employees to be motivated? Base salary is very low, and while Google wants quality, Accenture wants quantity. This job is actually similar to working in a call center. Career advancement at this place are based only on acquaintances and not on skills. Many people have basic scores, and are trainers or Senior Content Review, why?
Wellness team, free snacks
low salary, no career advancement, no consideration, call center atmosphere, do not expect a raise, upper positions reserved to staff friends
