Typical multinational company, salaries are not great, benefits depend on the project. Medical insurance and pension benefits. Management is not good, do not care about the people and hr is not good either.

Not the best atmosphere

Since they started the lay offs the atmosphere in the office is not the best. People are not nice(even before..), grumpy all the time which I can understand and relate 100%. The shifts are 24/7 rotation and because the team is getting smaller and smaller, the chances to swap your shift became impossible and ridiculous. Even after surveys are sent out, leaders don't follow people's shift preferences and there is definitely favoritism. The manager doesn't say hello/good morning since my day one. Pure toxic environment.

productive and fun workplace

great experience, nice working atmosphere, good people. Lot of resources and lot to learn from talented people. Nice colleagues, health insurance, non-stressful job.
