Thanks for the feedback. We work the best we can to keep our staff engaged and encourage a fun and vibrant atmosphere and culture within the office. It may not be to everyone's liking which is apparent from this former employees feedback.
Regarding our paper usage, we have and continue to endeavor to reduce our paper and therefore our impact on the environment. We have proudly reduced our paper consumption by 75% over the past 3 years, and as we continue into our new, state-of-the-art HQ in 2022, we will see our sustainability continue to improve. Money ! Listen to your staffs needs and wants when there unhappy
Drop the fake 'fun office' vibe and just let everyone be miserable in peace.
Update your system. It's 2021 and you're a renewable energy company, probably time to ditch the pencils and paper.
