Does anyone know about the area managers role? I assume long hours which is ok for me but is it 6 days a week or the normal 5 days? Are you on the road or office based?

7 days a week if needed to hit targets. You are mostly on the road traveling between your stores under your control but occasionally have to head to main regional head office for updates with your regional director.
