This is a progressive business which prides itself on its company motto, passionate about people, passionate about performance. No one part of the recruitment triage is held in a higher regard than the other be they candidate, client of indeed the team themselves. The win is in a successful placement for all three parties and it is great to operate in an environment where a fair, ethical process sits at the heart all business dealings.

Recruitment is a faced paced environment and no two days are the same. Being in a client and candidate facing role but with a strong mix of business development and an innovation role leads to a diverse working week. meeting with candidates and helping them shape their future careers is extremely rewarding and working in the digital space is so exciting right now as more traditional organisations continue to realise the importance of digital in their future growth. Supplying full stack digital teams to organisations is a niche business and meeting with designers, techies and digital people all day and learning from their ideas is probably my favourite part of the business. There is a great sense of collaboration in our environment with a strong determined focus on growth not just in revenue terms but for our clients, our candidates and our own personal growth.
