Great team and good manager

I worked at Amazon for two years, and although it was challenging at times, the overall experience was good. There was an initial training, great support and a lot of interesting things to learn and explore.

Good training. nice people who support and help each other. Fun meetings to connect people. Some rewards for top performers and recognition also. Work from home is a big plus.

Not great. Lot of pressure on targets, you're expected to work like a robot and you're just a number.Micromanaging at its finest. Your progression depends a lot on how much your manager likes you.
