Not great. Lot of pressure on targets, you're expected to work like a robot and you're just a number.Micromanaging at its finest. Your progression depends a lot on how much your manager likes you.

I worked at Amazon for two years, and although it was challenging at times, the overall experience was good. There was an initial training, great support and a lot of interesting things to learn and explore.

Fast paced but awesome

Really great place to work, I work within a specialist team which is part of selling partner support. Upskiling is fast but you will get out of it what you put in
