Project Engineer and Project Manager in Merch in Ballydine, Pfizer OSP4 in Cork, Novartis in Cork

Great place to work
Working with Arup is working within a team. One feels an important team member and Arup have a depth of talent to dealt with any issues that may arise on site or during design phases.

Good Place to work
Exciting, fast paced place to work. Wouldn't recommend as a long-term place to work, slow level of progression for staff member. Perfect for an internship.

Good place to start and develope skills.
Good place to start your career as their 70-20-10 learning policy will improve your engineering skills through the development of projects (70%), by explanations of colleagues (20%) and by direct training (10%). Usually the working hours are from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm but depending on the deadlines, unpaid overtime may be necessary. I would underline the respect among all colleagues, regardless of the management level. Comparing to competitors salaries in general are too low, and twice a year paid profit share won´t compensate that.
Senior Geotechnical Engineer in Dublin

Interesting work for an ethical company
While often stressful, the work at Arup was almost always rewarding. The work was satisfying, interesting and wide-ranging. Colleagues are almost always excited and interested in what they do. Management take an active interest in your career progression and allow many opportunities for advancement and change. Work-life balance can be difficult to find though. If you are not proactive about setting limits to your time the job can too easily expand to fill the day.
Summer Intern in County Dublin

Buen ambiente. Excelente horario de trabajo
Hice unas practicas durante el verano de 2017 en Arup Dublin. Tuve la suerte de poder involucrarme rápidamente en grandes proyectos y con un equipo excelente. Seria un placer volver a trabajar con Arup
