Exciting, fast paced place to work. Wouldn't recommend as a long-term place to work, slow level of progression for staff member. Perfect for an internship.

Senior Geotechnical Engineer (Former Employee) - Dublin
While often stressful, the work at Arup was almost always rewarding. The work was satisfying, interesting and wide-ranging. Colleagues are almost always excited and interested in what they do. Management take an active interest in your career progression and allow many opportunities for advancement and change. Work-life balance can be difficult to find though. If you are not proactive about setting limits to your time the job can too easily expand to fill the day.

Working in Arup as an intern was greatly beneficial to me. It had a learning atmosphere and everyone was always willing to give a helping hand. It is definitely a place i would want to work in again in the future.
Pros
Lunch talks, training, learning atmosphere
