i like the job and the place i am working but i like to do something i always want to do and to be for my dream i really want my self to push hard for study
This is the worst company to work. Zero bonuses, no increase. In 2017 kevin toland (ceo) took 4.1M euro motivational bonus, and for production employees is 100 euro on christmas and chocolate egg on easter. There is no respect for the employee, people from production are treated as people of the second category. Work for nights and weekends without any additives. Supervisor has no concept about its work, it is used by people, and this is no concept about its work. It is same with managers, they are people who begin as cleaners and after 10 years become managers without any qualification. Avoid this place from afar. This is the worst company in the world.
You might as well work on your own in this company. Every department keeps to themselves and no interaction from management either.
Your required to work your exact hour with no movement for family commitments. No salary reviews but there is an annual bonus paid only on the performance of the company. So no matter how hard you work you could still get very little if the company is not performing!
Long hours 40
A stressful place to work. Not easy to speak with management. Very rigid and not open to new ways of doing things. Communication between managers and subordinates is poor. Communication between departments is poor. Each department appears to be doing it's own thing. Lack of employee engagement and buy-in. Employees appear unaware of the vision strategy and direction of the company. Alot of inter departmental red tape barriers and challenges to overcome to make a seemless customer service experience possible.
Ineffective communication, poor compensation/remuneration
the typical shift working here is cold stressfull and very demaning with little reward I have learned thst the company aryzta is not a nice place to work the people who work in the job are all very nice people not including management / supervisiors , the hardest part about the job is constantly be screamed at and be little by people above going home is the most enjoyable part of this job
Apart from the maintenance of the system, there were constant projects on the go. The hardest part of the job was keeping the system maintained at the highest standard within budget. In relation to projects, projecting accurate savings and ensuring projects were completed on time and within budget were always a challenge. The most enjoyable part was installation of improvements which created greater confidence in the system and working on energy projects to reduce our carbon footprint which I am passionate about.
Management willing to take calculated risks
Staff turnover was very high
