No respect ,bad communication between shifts, company policy "no need smart workers"managers ignore workers ideas
Company no extra money for new positions and push to workers to do extra work with no pay rise
Your required to work your exact hour with no movement for family commitments. No salary reviews but there is an annual bonus paid only on the performance of the company. So no matter how hard you work you could still get very little if the company is not performing!
A stressful place to work. Not easy to speak with management. Very rigid and not open to new ways of doing things.
Communication between managers and subordinates is poor. Communication between departments is poor.
Each department appears to be doing it's own thing.
Lack of employee engagement and buy-in. Employees appear unaware of the vision strategy and direction of the company.
Alot of inter departmental red tape barriers and challenges to overcome to make a seemless customer service experience possible.
the typical shift working here is cold stressfull and very demaning with little reward I have learned thst the company aryzta is not a nice place to work the people who work in the job are all very nice people not including management / supervisiors , the hardest part about the job is constantly be screamed at and be little by people above going home is the most enjoyable part of this job
Apart from the maintenance of the system, there were constant projects on the go. The hardest part of the job was keeping the system maintained at the highest standard within budget.
In relation to projects, projecting accurate savings and ensuring projects were completed on time and within budget were always a challenge.
The most enjoyable part was installation of improvements which created greater confidence in the system and working on energy projects to reduce our carbon footprint which I am passionate about.
