A stressful place to work. Not easy to speak with management. Very rigid and not open to new ways of doing things. Communication between managers and subordinates is poor. Communication between departments is poor. Each department appears to be doing it's own thing. Lack of employee engagement and buy-in. Employees appear unaware of the vision strategy and direction of the company. Alot of inter departmental red tape barriers and challenges to overcome to make a seemless customer service experience possible.
