Got paid terribly for the work you put in. It was really social, the teams are fun but the management is rude and think they're above everyone else. Everyone you work with, you live with and socialise with.

Working at Ashford was very different, as the standards they have for cleaning are very high. Although they give less rooms in general to each chambermaid, these rooms still take a lot to actually clean them, and it was still quite a stressful job.
Pros
Free lunches
Cons
Hard manual labour
