The upper management of Aspect do not understand the products they sell, and have allowed their engineering and technical support teams to become utterly demoralized and downsized.

As a company they are no longer in a position to support or develop the products they currently sell, and have absolutely no vision where the company is going.


The sales teams are prioritized above all else, but with nothing to sell, and no ability to keep customers, this company will go under soon.
