Lack training and support
Very little training given, thrown in deep end either sink / swim. Micro managed if ur 5 mins late pulked up on it. Very difficult to get time off at summer / christmas. Very impersonal if working from home very little interaction from manager. IT antiquated constantly problems with systems, major investment needed. WFH options are the up side.
