I enjoyed my experience in Bank of Ireland and the opportunities that arose during my time there. I found most people I worked with to have great integrity and a strong work ethic.
Cons
Long hours

Management left much to be desired. Team leader was very arrogant. Customers super temperamental. Training was haphazard. I did not feel supported at all during my time there.
Pros
Free lunch, kind colleagues
Cons
Horrible management and customers
