Good place of work
Digital Customer Advisor (Former Employee) - County Meath - 10 October 2019
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedI really liked working in the branch, as one day is never the same. Things are different in every branch. The staff where friendly in general. Company' employment benefits are very good, but if you are on temporary contract, it is harder to avail of all of them.

An organisation in constant change
Customer Advisor (Former Employee) - Cork - 7 February 2018
Used to be a very good place to progress and learn but in recent years opportunities for staff progression have diminished.
Very little development and support of staff and people are generally expected to train themselves.
Very heavily sales orientated with targets prioritised over competent and thorough customer advice. Short term focus with little concern about building long term relationships.
The staff are great and do as much as they can in very difficult circumstances

Horrendous place to work with no support
Customer Advisor (Former Employee) - County Kildare - 17 May 2017
Short staffed on a continuous basis
Received no training
Badly managed
Culture of bullying
Hardest part of the job is the lack of focus on the customer
Most enjoyable part of the job was the work itself and the customers
Cons
I was embarrassed to work for them when it came to customer care

Fast paced
Digital customer advisor (Former Employee) - Dundalk, County Louth - 3 October 2016
Busy work environment with a lot of targets to meet. Typical day was dealing with customer queries and to migrate them online to reduce paper work I'm the branch

Great staff
Digital Customer Advisor (Current Employee) - Dublin West, County Dublin - 9 November 2015
A typical day in work starts with a quick line up meeting and ends with loads of customers happy. The hardest part of the job is to keep the customers up to date with all the changes that the company is promoting.

very challenging
customer advisor (Former Employee) - navan co meath - 7 January 2013
every day was a different day, you never knew what was going to come your way, which for me made it all the more enjoyable. every day i learnt something new as there were all so many changes over the years i spent working there. the hardest part of the job was to get customers to change with new procedures that were put in place but i really enjoyed dealing with customers and for many co-workers they found this quite difficult, where i always tried to empatise with the customer and once you listened to the customer and identified their needs i got a good result and i always made sure the customer left happy and satisfied.
