Avoid
Registered Staff Nurse (Former Employee) - Beaumont, County Dublin - 1 August 2021
Avoid avoid avoid. You’ll have no life, very toxic. Longer hours than you expect and no compensation for it, you’ll have to find a way of claiming it back. You’ll have to accommodate extra work load and short staffing issues 2-3 out of 3/4 of your weekly shift. Very exhausting, dirty work place, anxiety+++/depression+++, high managerial demands, high burnouts and poor social life as a result.You’ve been warned.

Experience, loads of experience from types of cases you get to look after and grow your confidence as a nurse

Toxic, long hours, used and abused
