I'd describe it as a mediocre. They do not really planning jobs ahead,but doing things on the go-at the last moment. But when someone of the stuff is missing the real mess starts on the site and those who aren't chosen ones are forced to work on the two or even three areas simultaneously. Nonsense!
Interview process is smooth and easy 'cos they need you! And they need you because rotation process in this company is high and people quit not long after they got hired,so there are no problems to get hired in one attempt.

I would recommend that if people had there rostere for 2 weeks in advance and not changed around 2 to 3 times a week would be good as you could balance your work with life other than that its ok to work for management is good, only problem woth constantly counting hours and writing emails to the office to fix hours or add site allowances need to keep reminding them and it should not be like that thanks
Some staff good /but some supervisors give you hours then take them back cause he wants you to travell to far .
