What advice would you give the CEO of Bidvest Noonan about how to improve it?

  • I would recommend that if people had there rostere for 2 weeks in advance and not changed around 2 to 3 times a week would be good as you could balance your work with life other than that its ok to work for management is good, only problem woth constantly counting hours and writing emails to the office to fix hours or add site allowances need to keep reminding them and it should not be like that thanks
