Training and management was fantastic and learned loads.The team members are sound people and very helpful if you needed help or advice.Work days are generally 3 days in a row and reasonable hours.Pay could be slightly better maybe pay employees 100 instead of 85 a day but increase targets ever so slightly to counteract the pay increase.
