Not worth the stress
Written by Client Service Representative (Current Employee) from Wexford on 17 March 2019
Working in corporate trust, there is a big staff turnover. The salary and benefits are good, but in my view they are needed to match the stressful environment that you work in. They continue to take on new deals with no adequate training for Reps on the floor and expect you to perform as well as any one else who have been there much longer.
Pros
Benefits, colleagues
Cons
Demanding clients, high stress, no adequate training
