Fantastic family run business, genuine interest in employee welfare. Plenty of internal promotion prospects. Loyalty rewarded. Absolutely no limit to promotion.

The company is facing a huge growth and the maturity of the process is not growing at the same speed, despite that, it's a good place to work for.

The salary was quite low, hours weren't great either. I didn't really enjoy my stay with boylesports. I know many others who currently work there and enjoy it however.

Enjoyable work environment, dealing with sports tasks on a daily basis. It involved dealing with daily tasks individually and on a team basis. Management allocated your tasks daily, and if or when required I would do additional tasks if someone was out sick or someone else needed a hand on their work.
Pros
bonuses
Cons
some late nights

Tesco was great to work for at 16, I made so many friends and as it was my first real job, it was a great place to learn interpersonal skills and customer services. Tesco also had great get togethers for staff, I was on the Tesco's ladies football team and we won 3 years in a row, it was so much fun.
Pros
Social events and great all round people
Cons
none
