Management direction changes with every client needsReally bad salary for the amount of work. If you ask for support you are promised same for months until months pass and nothing happens and problem is supposed to have fixed itselfAlways firefighting, no space to create or better existing stuffExpect to work 12-16 hours per day if you are on some teams on a regular basis, without adequate support and compensationSalary discussions take months, sometimes getting derailed and forgotten about due to some work/project needing completion first.Toxic workplace at times due to certain people and need to have their way always.Good things: collaborative for most part, new people in last year have made it not so good place to work

Bad compensation, long hours regularly, uncertain direction, sometimes feels a bit like a cult with the need to appease vs giving an opinion honestly
