Amount of work they want you to do, for the wage you get isn't really worth it. If you aren't best friends with management you don't get a fair share of weekends on/off or lates/early shifts. They expect you to serve two customers at once (even if they have 4 drinks each) which causes a lot of mistakes/returned drinks so it causes more stress. Penalised if you don't serve at LEAST 2 customers at once and if you cancel things off the till (even if customer changes their mind) you get in trouble for.
You get discounts and perk box which is good and there are lots of chances to progress if you want to. It's a good experience if it's your first barista job as they train you really well and fast.
