Person Centered Care
Caremark believes in a person centered approach to care and support and building care plans around the needs and wants of the individual. This involves Caremark constantly listening to our clients and adjusting their care plan around their wishes. All our staff are committed to delivering a high quality, professional caring service where people can feel supported and remain independent in the safety of their own homes.
For ongoing home care packages we operate a system of 'permanent allocation' whereby carer(s) will be assigned to work with a particular client on an ongoing basis working to a regular recurring roster. This provides consistency for both client and carer alike and provides a great platform to build a strong, lasting professional relationship and gives piece of mind to surrounding families knowing that their loved one is in safe hands.
