I believe the feedback between management and staff was effective how ever i do not think the feedback and communication between managers was effective. Seemed like a power struggle in the kitchen and that not professional at all hence all of Diningins problems at the start
Feedback from management is completely condescending and especially insulting as the management are often more under-educated and under trained than some of the staff. A prime example of favorites in the workplace.
They all need a refresher course on how to deal with complaints & thanking there good, loyal hardworking employees. Attitudes is like playground drama.
