Not a bad company to work for once you become one of the lads. Very old Fashioned where staff are there along time doing their own thing. Forget about advancement, it's all about how long your there and if you have a good social relationship with your manager, ability does not come into it .

it used to be a fun place to work but now the goalposts have changed

A typical work day would consist of cold calling of link to plan construction sites, Follow up on appointments to customers and on quotations also. Organise debt collections with customers and if needed I would sometimes have to help out on the sales counter.The best part of the day is when a deal is nailed and the buzz is great.The downside was the - more...
