A typical work day would consist of cold calling of link to plan construction sites, Follow up on appointments to customers and on quotations also. Organise debt collections with customers and if needed I would sometimes have to help out on the sales counter.The best part of the day is when a deal is nailed and the buzz is great.The downside was the lack of interest in some co.workers in printing wrong sales dockets,delivering wrong material, lack of urgency in trying to rectify a issue and no strong shop leadership.
