Flexible working environment.Very understanding team. Can't complain. But Some team members will think because your are below, them it is your job to pick up their slacks. Everyone think you understand what what they mean. No proper training given. You learn on the job.

Poor work cultureWorked there for nearly four years... work culture is poor. Managers never listened to other's opinions. It was like "you were hired to do this task, so just stick to that". People feel insecure that if one shares his/her knowledge - it would reduce their dependency..lol....Micromanagent - a slight delay from lunch and you will be called/texted to ask your whereabouts.Appeasement - as long as you praise the superiors, your job is safe.No WFH option - even in emergency situations.

Very old fashioned Company. Worst IT systems I have ever seen. This is not the type of firm graduates want on their CV anymore. Very cloak and dagger senior management with no strategic leadership. Regulatory issues across the globe and HR staff resigning or being fired on a constant basis. Staff turnover is the highest I have ever seen in a financial services business for very valid reasons. I would advise people thinking of joining Citco to think very carefully about it.

Don't expect millionsDon't expect to become rich working in citco. There is a shelf.life of about 3-4 years before you realise you won't be going anywhere there. they do their best not to give raises. Why gives raises when you can hire somebody in Manila or Mumbai for nothing.
Meeting Assistant in Dublin

Good work placeThe supervisor is very non proffesional. Basic salary. People are not that friendly like they seem to be. Could find a much better job no problem. Sometimes people don't get their brakes.
