The company has a good variety of products but could spend more time ensuring top quality.. Management make too many changes, including to job titles.

Too many changes, not enough opportunities at a certain level in some offices, product QA could be better
Challenging but rewarding place to work. Management is great. Great social activities to build teamwork and enhance team bonding. Skills gained: • Provided technical assistance on Citrix products to customers of medium to large size, scope, and/or political complexity - via phone, email and remote access to customer’s corporate infrastructure. • Performed advanced problem analysis and isolates problems of moderate to high complexity, with little instruction from team leads and/or management. • Achieved and maintained targeted call statistics such as number of calls answered, number of cases closed or issues resolved, along with other established goals. • Published articles on moderately complex technical support issues in Citrix's online knowledgebase, and reviewed others' articles • Documented cases, recommendations, and resolutions clearly in the CRM system, taking ownership of hot and more political cases.
It used to be a very different place to work but... The company lost its direction over the last few years and is in the throes of a hostile takeover by an investment company at the moment. Two rounds of layoffs in 2015, it looks like company will be split up now with some product lines discontinued so probably more redundancies to come. Tried to become a cloud platform company but that seems to have failed and now it's questionable if the products that survive will be relevant in the medium to long term... Lots of uncertainty so I wouldn't think it's the happiest environment to be in at the moment. Day to day everything is very metrics driven. Top-down management style. Limited opportunities for career growth and investment in employees is very low as budgets for training etc. are just not there.
