Terrible... its reactive not proactive and usually long after an issue has been reported... for example, they have the slowest IT department on the planet for addressing the very regular system crashes and faults. I was once waiting 3 days to get a broken monitor replaced. I sat there for 3 days unable to do my work while a company of this size processed a request for a monitor... this is typical behaviour for Concentrix.Answered 25 August 2019
