I worked for the Direct Dialogue department for many years and only left as I moved to a different department within the same organisation. To fundraise for Concern Worldwide is a very rewarding job, even more if you do it for an ethical in-house team, as the Direct Dialogue is. There is a great team culture that allow young and more mature fundraisers to express themselves and feel welcomed within the team. Team leaders are professional and extremely well-trained fundraisers that support fundraisers' development on the street. The Management Team is a group of highly experienced fundraisers/managers who are passionately dedicated to Concern Worldwide and its values.
