Great work-life balance
Direct Dialogue has a great bunch of people. You never feel that you can't ask people questions, or ask someone for help. They will literally start talking to you in the office or the canteen when you start, which is such a welcoming feeling, asking about what you do or simply joining into conversation with you. (that extends to the wider office of Concern too).
As a small department, your time in the office is very hands on. This allows for plenty of learning opportunities, in an environment that is patient and understanding.
There is a great work-life balance, which can't be said for a lot of other companies of this size. It's a rare occasion where you would be required to work late, and management certainly don't look for you to work longer hours.
Not to mention, it's very fulfilling to be part of such an amazing cause. You can see exactly how your role impacts the bigger picture of what Concern Worldwide do to help people in the poorest countries across the world. What would you say about your employer?
