Fun but grinding environmentSenior management are completely disconnected from reality. Pay freeze in place for entire duration of my tenure, but plenty of promotions to side step pay increases for media side of the business. Core business functions (accounts, hr, it etc.) mostly affected by this as roles rarely changed and opportunity for advancement was zero unless somebody left. The social aspect was really good with plenty of supplier and client events lavishing free booze on a weekly basis. The people factor is the most appealing aspect for working here. Excellent healthcare and pension plans

Great companyCore has great people working in it who are very supportive. Work life balance is encouraged through the working from home benefit and flexi time. There is also a lot of time put into the personal development of employees.

Progression companyCore is a great place to work with fantastic benefits such as flexible working hours through remote working and Core hours. Health insurance is offered to all employees and pension available too. Good events throughout the year from the social committee, GPTW Committee, CSR Committee and Diversity committee.

Great place to workCore is a great place to work. They care about their employees and actively listen to suggestions and opinions. Core is ahead of the game in terms of work life balance and this is evident in its benefits and policies.
