Senior management are completely disconnected from reality.
Pay freeze in place for entire duration of my tenure, but plenty of promotions to side step pay increases for media side of the business. Core business functions (accounts, hr, it etc.) mostly affected by this as roles rarely changed and opportunity for advancement was zero unless somebody left.
The social aspect was really good with plenty of supplier and client events lavishing free booze on a weekly basis. The people factor is the most appealing aspect for working here.
