I have worked here for 11 years and have enjoyed for the most part working here. I have increased my skills in organisation and people management, There are over 2000 people working here making it a very diverse workplace.

The most enjoyable part of my job is the chance to make a difference. To bring new ideas and to see them take shape.

However management has been stuck in a rut for a while and doesn't seem to want to change.
