Danone 👍
Fantastic company with a superb, collaborative culture across all functions. Would recommend to anyone looking to enter into a warm and brand focused company.

Needs new management team
Danone has the kind of culture where as long as management have someone to use as a scapegoat for ever occurring issues they are happy. No employee outside the team are listened to. The relationship between factory employees and management is bordering on toxic. Not a nice place to build a career.

Good place to work
Good place to work, good salary and benefits. Wide range of admin tasks, good opportunities to learn new skills, management helpful, co-workers good, 8am start slightly off-putting. Meeting people best part of the job..
